How to do the red jenny quest? ›

A Friend of Red Jenny is triggered as you walk away from the first major cut scene in Val Royeaux. As you walk away from the plaza, an arrow will be shot into the street near you. Examine it to read a letter, thus triggering the quest. The quest tasks you to search three areas for red objects.
